Triose-phosphate Isomerase is an enzyme that catalyzes the reversible interconversion of triose phosphate isomers dihydroxyacetone phosphate and D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate.
It is also one of the first enzymes illustrated by Jane Richardson, the inventor of the Ribbon Diagram.
